My name is Jay Lee and I am the founder of Life in Chapters.
A few years ago, I was having a conversation with a friend whose mother had passed away. She shared with me that she had an old voice message from her mother that she kept saved so she could listen to it whenever she was missing her mom. She confessed that her mother was a bit angry with her in the message, but she kept it because she just wanted to hear the sound of her mother's voice.

In the age of smartphones and social media, we have never had as many of pictures of ourselves as we do today. But what most of us do not have is a meaningful record of our voices.
